Filled up then my card was declined due to a glitch. Wow, you guys responded with such kindness. Thank you Matiu for hot chocolate and trusting me to return tomorrow to sort it out Amazing service in this day and age!
Always go get fuel topped up on Wednesday to get the 10c point, though sometimes not given as going in after 11pm.. love their chocolate donut/eclair not the one from Krispy Kreme but their own and coffee is great.. and, the service from most of the staffs are cool, especially the uncle that work late night shift.. =

Avoid this place as much as you can. Rude and racist staff members.nnMy wife was up all night with a new born, stopped to fill up and buy a coffee, unfortunately she forgot she moved her money into a savings account and to transfer funds before she was able to pay.nnThe staff member helping her treated her like garbage because of this even though my wife was the only person there.
All staff at riverside BP are so helpful and caring. Due to autoimmune conditions i can't inhale the petrol smell. I always ask for a help with filling my car with petrol. Im so greatful. They are always polite and ready to help. Great customer service! Thank you.
