The worst experience of all my life. The old ladies on duty on sundays are just helpless. Go another place if you don't want to waste your time.
Great service - love the curtains and blinds for my new home. I missed a room and Millers got them made and installed so quickly. A big thank you to Angela, Matt and Rosie and the rest of the team.
Waited 2 weeks for a measure. Called. Waited another week. Never even contacted. I guess service doesn't get much worse than that.
They shouldnt even get one star. We had them out 5 times now with various issues. Pin holes in drapes, hung at wrong heights, creases didnt come out . Light shine through stitchen . Lack of follow up. Very poor communication . This has been going on for months now. Would not recommend Millers.
Lovely staff, stick a bit limited today but looking forward to new premises and new stock arriving.
What a great store. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. A big thanks to Tony James who helped me with all my questions. Will definitely be shopping here again.
