Larissa Lynch’s marketing background and passion for the wider Queenstown area led her to a career in residential real estate sales with BayleysLocations. Working alongside her colleague Mark Martin, Larissa is a valued member of the BayleysLocations team which has carved out a high-profile presence in the Lakes District. Larissa’s high energy, client-focused attitude to real estate signals her commitment to the industry and she is at ease with a broad range of clients from first-home buyers to investors. A strong work ethic and a determination to deliver extra-mile service underpin Larissa’s business approach and she works with empathy, integrity and professionalism all backed up by the Bayleys’ advantage. Having travelled and worked extensively in Europe, Larissa attended Queenstown Resort College and completed a diploma in adventure tourism management. She became very involved with the local adventure tourism scene and honed her marketing and client service skills. Larissa began working with Bayleys in an administrative capacity putting her marketing skills to work and learning the ‘behind-the-scenes’ systems and processes. This gave her a good understanding of industry dynamics and fuelled her desire to work directly with property owners and prospective buyers. Proactive, innovative and able to tap into the extensive resources of the reputable Bayleys brand, Larissa is building a strong database of clients and looks forward to helping people realise their property aspirations. With a certificate in performing arts, a love of ballet, and an adventurous streak, Larissa is a great advocate for the lifestyle opportunities which the Queenstown lakes area offers. An avid skier, snowboarder, and mountain biker, Larissa champions the recreational potential of the region and is always keen to recruit out-of-towners to the fold.
