Very disappointed with the online service. We had ordered an item to be delivered to a certain level in our building yet when completing the order, they removed the level of where our order will need to be delivered too. Majority of the these items would be claimed by others and get lost when delivered to the wrong floor. I had emailed the customer service desk immediately after purchase to make them aware of this issue and to please change the address and they replied with "no you will have to contact the courier company".  I had emailed back with photo and written proof of the error on their end and for them to please contact the courier company themselves and they still replied with 'no'. Terrible customer service. Slow replies to my emails. No help. Would not order here again. Sucks that there is no other better fast retail chains out there.

2x Very helpful ladies assisted me to find some matching buttons for my new dress, so as I would get the right size buttons, I really appreciated it, and it was very good service, the ladies were genuinely interested in helping me. Thank you. Good service all the way to the counter ..thank you For your assistance at spotlight.

Staff was willing to help with knowledge and service  I felt beyond the call of duty,  very impressed AAAplus

The store is well organized but the service was poor.  I couldn't believe how sloppy the staff were about folding the fabric I bought.  They were also not present at all until it was nearly closing time and suddenly they were very present.

I wish I remember the name of the girl that helped us but she was a beautiful Indian woman who was so attentive with us. She helped us pick some curtains for our camper van and even went the extra mile of cutting them to a better size so it wouldn’t be so difficult for us when we starting fitting them. Thankyou very much.
