MELBA Hillsborough

Such a nice place! The ambience and decor is lovely, and the service is good! The menu is pretty standard cafe style meals, and the food overall, is pretty good. My group got the mushrooms on toast, the house smoked salmon eggs Benedict and the fritters. The portion sizes were reasonable and the food filling, and freshly made.

We had really good lunch here. Will come back again. They have car park at the back.

I saw this place already sooner and I wanted to visit it. The atmosphere inside is very lovely, nice and relaxing. Staff is nice and coffee is good. I ordered scone and I wasn't 100% satisfied. It was fine but not great for me. It was a bit dry and I don't like the taste. It don't have to be problem of the scone just my preference. Lol.

$20~30/PersonnnI had the mighty mushrooms and tried the Melba breakfast. Both were quite nice but I prefer the salmon hash I've had in the past. The salad I had witb my mushrooms was not the best but the bread was very yummy :-
