Story

Company Establishment:
The MD Construction& Property Services ltd story began in Mangere, Auckland in 2010 for the purpose of providing employment as well as construction & property maintenance services to our local community. We are a privately owned, independent construction & property maintenance business in New Zealand. We provide a high standard of construction & property maintenance services on all our jobsites.

Company Staff:
We currently employ 25 management and trade staff, and about 300 experienced sub-contractors. A number of our team members and tradesmen have been involved with MD construction & property services ltd since its creation. We are, and always have been, proudly New Zealand owned and operated. The demand for more experienced, professional tradesmen continued to increase and thus our services expanded. We offer our clients excellent professional customer service. We use highly skilled tradesmen on all our properties to get the work done. Our Mission is to make our clients satisfied with the work that has been completed and we have always succeeded.

Reputation of Professional:
As we began to place more emphasis on quality and speed, our reputation as professional, effective and efficient tradesmen began to gain recognition amongst our clients. As a result, we began maintaining more properties within the main big cities of New Zealand.
