McDonalds Paraparaumu

We visited on 12th Dec at approximately 5pm.nWe were starving so dived in for a quick meal.n5 stars for food - it’s as 5 stars as a McDonald’s can be.nService was excellent! It was absolutely pumping through the drive through and walk in.nWe were so impressed with how the staff all worked together like a machine. The guy in charge was amazing and so cool and calm.nToilets were clean.

Had an influx of going here in the morning for coffee once every day or two random times sometimes 6:45am sometimes 10am and wait time has been good and coffee has been really good every time.nnDinner time ranging from 7-10pm iv been to a few times in the last few weeks have been really good and one of the more consistent mc Donald's in the welly region iv been too.nnGood job, Idk if the employees are reading this but you guys actually do a very good job at this place balancing fast service while also trying to get fresh food to customers.nnOnly thing I CANNOT stand is the wait area when they park you for food as its so cramped I bet multiple cars get side tapped by others multiple times a week but this is no way in any fault to the maccas staff working there as this is just bad site design from maccas corporate up in greenlane AKL.

I found one of the most helpful staff ever at this McDs. The staff member went out of their way to find me all 6 of the current collectible tins, and helped my friend get different colored changing color cups to what she already had.nAnd they have a 'trailer park' for vehicles towing & trucks. We need more of these around!!nThis McDs hosted my eldest son's 4th birthday over 30yrs ago. Things have changed, but they're still a good place to stop when you need to grab fast food.

Absolutely mortifying experience here today. Could have dined cleaner from my bathroom floor.nStaff are rude, obnoxious and raise their voice at you. I will never be coming backnAvoid at all costs. Dont do it. You will also be mortified and probably catch some disease.

I paid for extra mayonnaise on my cheese burger and I got this slop of a burger I am very disappointed with my meal I don't even know if I'll be able to eat this it looks very unpresentable and when I got my frozen coke and ice cream it was sitting on the counter for 7 minutes and was defrosted.
