McDonalds Paraparaumu

As per the usual with McDonald’s, the food is thrown together with minimal care or effort, seating areas are disgusting and seldomly cleaned, staff are rude and lack any customer service and the food is just overpriced garbage. The image below speaks for itself. Nothing out of the ordinary here, better than the local KFC at least.nnUpdate: 25/11/2023nnIt never ceases to amaze me how absolutely incompetent the people who work here are. Not all of them of course I’m sure some of them care, for the most part the majority don’t seem to. $15.80 for a large combo with literally 3/4 of the chips missing from the package, the burger as always looks like a staircase. Imagine being paid to make burgers for a living and not being able to assemble one… My order didn’t have a straw either for the drink that I paid for, no problem I can just go up to the counter and grab one. Of course the second you go up to ask for something the staff scatter and you’re left standing there for 10 minutes being ignored even when they’re not busy. I pay money that I have to work hard for to come and eat at this place and always leave disappointed.nn21/06/2024nnTook half an hour to make an order of a single cheeseburger and two large fries of which both were under filled by half, as pictured below. So you pay full price yet get half and some of the halfwits that work here don’t see anything wrong with that. Literally cannot make this up. This is hand down the worst McDonald’s in the North Island.

I came last Saturday at around 4:30pm. The girl who took my order was lovely as well as the girl who handed me the food. The service was fast and my ice cream was good, the young employess I have encountered here do a good job! Kai pai McDonald's .

Unorganized store, rubbish over flowing, drinks are getting made then lift on a bench some were there for the whole time I waited and we waited 20 mins for cold chips, paid for a large got a large box with probably a small bags worth. Paid for a happy meal, came in a paper bag with no toy you pay extra for this! Burger was average with hard cheese. Will not be returning!

I am amending my previous good review from 2 years ago. Over the past couple of months this McDonalds' has gone downhill. They get the orders wrong far too often. On top of that some days they don't serve hot drinks, some days they don't have Mcfurry's, some days the burgers have no sauce etc. Very poorly run

DONT GO TO THIS MAC DONALD'SnThe Polynesian manager is rude as hell, when they had to give me a refund cause the thing i ordered was sold out, he came storming over all angry an threw my refund at me half the money landed on the floor, i should of called the police looking back at it last time i checked throwing stuff at people is assault. Disgusting behavior
