Got charged twice for my order using the website, I have to wait for at least 3 days for my money to come back, got called broke for wanting my money back sooner, Food was great, ordering experience was great. Manager should handle customer disputes professionally and offer solutions with their power as being the branch manager instead of being rude to their own customers, not good for business.nnReply:nWhat is the false statement? i never claimed that the manager had the ability to issue a refund and refused to, yes it may have been the banks error that i was charged twice but i was under the assumption it was dominos online services since on the phone, the manager directly said they get calls about the same issue multple times. i didnt state it was the websites fault i was charged twice, i said i used the website and got charged twice.nthe time frame was 30 minutes before midnight its unreasonable to assume within those 30 minutes i would have noticed the error and contacted support because i was busy driving to pick up the food.nI didnt ask for a voucher or a discount or free money, i only asked if i could get my money back sooner.nshe said it was only around $10 and called me broke for being pushy trying to get my money same day, she doesn't know what kind of financial situation the customers are in, i'm only a student with 0 income and with parents away over the weekend, so of course that amount of money is significant enough to me to want it back as soon as possible.nI left the review not because i didnt get a refund at the time i wanted to, i left the review to outline the poor customer service and innappropriate behaviour to customers especially to those underage
Clean, polite staff who were more than accommodating to amending my order last minute when arriving just moments before it was about to be made, order cooked on time, in full and hot. Always a pleasure to deal with the staff, always clean and well presented, order always correct.
Tried to ring to complain about my meal as the toppings are all in the box and hardly on the pizza and my pizza is soggy. Customer service was rude as all hell and did not help at all. Unless you like soggy wet pizza and bad attitudes I’d take your business elsewhere cause this was disgusting just like their customer service.
I had a order delivered to me, and it was incorrect so rung to fix the problem got told, the correct chicken wings would be delivered to me in 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I ring them, and got told they'll be another 10 to 15 minutes, how does it take 45 minutes for a 10pk of wings. The rest of my order and the incorrect wings was delivered within 30 minutes. If you done it right the first time I wouldn't have complained and rung twice to ask where my correct wings are.
Whole family disappointed. Pizza was dry, no flavour, minimal toppings, dont even think there was sauce on the base of the pizza, felt like i was chewing cardboard. After a 10 hour work day, you just made my day suck that much more. Waste of money not purchasing from this store anymore.
