Ordered 2 Iced caramel latte's, both with extra caramel.nTHEY PUT ALL THE CARAMEL IN 1 DRINK. THE COFFEE THAT I RELY ON EVERY MORNING TO BE A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF SOCIETY, WAS MOLESTED INTO A BITTER MILK SLURRY WITH NO SOUL.
$90 drive thru order that I had to repeat and correct the man on. We got our order with large drinks 3/4 full and no chips at all. I assume that our chips were in the same bag as the burgers but he closed the window after saying have a goodnight which led me to believe we were done. The food was fine, just missing 3 large chips and the rest of our drinks. My advice - stay away if you are ordering more than 2 things, these guys aren't in the industry to get it right.
Got a pack of chicken nuggets. Ordered 20 received 17 one of the boxes being extremely overcooked. Called their phone to ask Whats up with that. An Indian manprobably the owner or manager picked up and I told them what I received. They stayed silent during this then hung up as soon as I finished talking. Very disappointed.
Always have to get a sausage and egg muffin from McDonald's when I'm in New Zealand the Australian ones are awful, this one was perfect.
My recent visit to McDonald's - Masterton was extremely disappointing.nnThe experience started badly at the drive-thru speaker, where the staff member was rude and abrupt. After receiving our order, we realised a drink was missing. When we let them know, the staff member argued with us and tried to insist we were wrong instead of simply checking and fixing the mistake. It felt very unprofessional. The food quality was also poor. The McBites were overcooked and cold. We specifically asked for no cheese on one burger, but it still came with cheese. The large fries were barely filled — honestly the same amount as a medium — and they were cold and under-salted. To make things worse, one of the drink lids wasn’t secured properly and it spilled. Overall, the service and food quality were well below expectations. Definitely not the standard you’d expect, and I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
