Food was good, tried getting some of those new pokemon cards for my nephew and got told to go to the 2 dollar shop, it says online you can get them seperately from the happy meal, 2 dollar shop pokrmon cards are fake of course
Extremely Rude and no respect on human being.nnMy mom lives in the area and due to the fact that they were the only one open at 2:30am my mom decided to stop by to their drive thru and order, a guy came out and my mom smelt a strong smell of alcohol in him,he is one of the staff that works their told my mom she can't order because she doesn't have a car if this is a rules then it should be okay but instead of explaining this to my mom with compassion they slammed the window and my mom saw 3 staffs started laughing about it in front of her and they didn't even hide it.nnI've seen some reviews regarding their drunk/alcoholic staff and McDonald's Masterton is tolerating this kind of staff and behavior? You don't even deserve a 1 star review.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to help improve your service.nnAfter a 13-hour shift, I was looking forward to sitting down with an ice-cold Coke at Macca’s. After placing my order at the kiosk, I witnessed six instances of misplaced, incorrect, or careless service and food handling, with multiple customers returning to the store due to incorrect orders.nnOne customer, who had ordered a Happy Meal for his child, was given a small-sized meal instead and charged extra.nnEvery single customer who came back to fix their order was met with an argumentative server who tried to blame them for placing the order incorrectly. When customers showed their receipts, he attempted to ignore them instead.nnHaving worked in the food industry for 25 years, I paid close attention to what was actually happening. I saw one male staff member joking, chatting, and high-fiving his mates at the café side, while two other male employees stood around the fry section without doing any actual work. Meanwhile, the front server was busy arguing with customers.nnAnd then there was one—yes, just one—female worker on the production line, desperately trying to fix mistakes while sweating, looking absolutely terrified, and clearly under way too much pressure. No wonder errors were being made!nnAfter checking my receipt, I realized I had been waiting 23 minutes—for a Coke Zero. I handed over my receipt and simply asked them to cancel my order and bring in a manager to support the team.nnThis was a horrible experience, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time I’ve seen this level of unprofessionalism at this location. BK across the road is now my go-to.nnSort it out, guys—treat your staff and customers with the respect they deserve...!
I added 10 pack of nuggets to my meal with an extra 2 sweet and sour sauce, when my meal was ready I collected it and I had no sauce, luckily I was eating in which they gave in takeaway bag so I walk to the counter to be completely ignored until I banged on the counter and demanded attention, heads up macas if a costumer comes up to the counter a short time after receiving their food, it definitely means something, but investigate the human being you've failed first before failing another one,
Ordered 4 x 'float' drinks in drive thru - see pic.nPretty poor effort if u ask me! Ps: for those serving, a smile goes a long way !!
