Let's face it, a Burger King experience is not always the nicest as their restaurant's are often staffed by disinterested, underpaid and weird looking people who give me the impression that cleaning anything is not a priority in their life. BK Masterton being the exception! Friendly, smiling faces, staff who not only know how to clean house but cook a mighty fine meal too.

I normally love Masterton Bk, but Not today, really uninterested staff, went in all excited to get the King Xl burger as today it was back. Nope... don't bother, no sauce, ask them about it, get no response. So disappointing
The place was dirty, rubbish on seats, there was no ice creams or milkshakes available, drink machine had drinks spilt all around it, all the tables needed wiping, had drinks, chips and sauce spilt over them. Deep fryer had chips all around on the floor. They were not busy, never ever will we go there again, disgusting
Went through drive thru, intended on having a picnic at a reserve with my kids. Realized my burger was missing, I rang masterton BK and they offered to give me my burger back if I wanted to come back. Wasn't overly impressed given, my kids ate there meal to avoid going g cold had to put them back in the car just to use more petrol to pick up a burger I had paid for. No offer of a voucher or anything. Not overly impressed.

Went there today with my friend and i decided I felt like a supershake so I went to order one and I said hi could I just have a supershake and the lady at the counter said and? Oh and we aren't doing supershakes atm and she said that With a rude attitude and a rude look wish I could rate it 0 starsService: 1/5
Just about one of the cleanest burger bars I've been in for ages. Well done the staff of burger kingFood: 5/5
