Stopped for 2 coffees. Took 30 mins to get the coffees and had to ask twice how much longer they would be. Yes they were busy but seriously por customer service and very average coffee. Normally have no complaints about McDonald's coffee if travelling.
Seems to have a new manager, and it has made a huge difference. I have returned to this McDonald's since it is on my way to work or family, I have no complaints about this place now as the chips are always fresh and hot, and the staff is very niceFood: 5/5
It was so busy, drive through was out on the road, so I went in , as far as I could see all of the order machines were in use. So I went to the counter and was asked if I wanted to order, great I'm going to get served, BUT no I was told there were more machines around the corner,. GrrrFood: 3/5
Needs better management! Useless place can't organise staff for the 2 busiest days of a long weekend. We're travelling through and both occasions we wanted to stop, it was drive through only. Losing customers fast.
This is the most disgusting mcdonalds I've ever been to. Went to use the baby changing facilities and it was so gross I changed my son in our car. There were flies everywhere and it smelt like urine. Ordered coffees from the mccafe and when we went to drink them back in the car realised they were cold but was too disgusting to go back in there. Give it a swerve and go to Palmy or Hawera if travelling through.
INCOMPETENT STAFF. Whoever employs these so called Managers needs the sack. Can’t even give out the simplest thing like Sauce that we asked for!
Not one smile in the team. Cafe display cabinet has 4 muffins... I also miss talking and ordering from a real person. The food was fast, but the coffee was a good 15min wait. Anyway mcdees e erywhere I go seem to be looking really rough these daysFood: 3/5
poor dude was workin there himself it looked like. food took ages but honestly just felt bad for the guy working there having to do everything himself so didn't mind in the end. sort it out eh maccas... for your staff's sake... shoutouts to my man keepin the joint running in the rain by himself. cant be easy..Food: 5/5
It's not an enjoyable experience coming here. Most of the time you have to go and get a cloth to clean your table before you eat. The kiosk is a pain to use. Surely we can go back to ordering at the counter again by now. Not enough staff on duty to cook and serve. And if you go to the counter to get something that was missing from your order, you get ignored.
Went through drive thru. As we know, it's a McDonald's. Same everywhere, though the service was faster than most. The meal was ready almost as soon as we ordered.Food: 3/5
