Service was absolutely atrocious. Stood there with no other customers and one person in drive through waiting to be served, and there was plenty of people working standing around doing not much. One of the team members was standing around eating chips from the chip holder whilst making peoples orders. The only person that was well presented in their uniform was the manager. My burger was nice but chips were cold and very obviously had been sitting there for a while, and my coke tasted like soda water. I should have asked for my order to be replaced with something fresh but there wasn’t any point in waiting for it I stood long enough to be served in the first place, and I’m not keen on being served again by people who no care or pride in their work.
Food looked nothing like pictured, no hot drinks , no music no atmosphere no service , just machines & $9.50 for this burger, beyond disappointing
Arrived before 10pm, which is apparently the closing time on a Mon, but myself and the car infont were told they are closed. Maybe put a cone out so ppl don't waste their time driving in, or better still, CLOSE WHEN YOU'RE MEANT TO!
Ordered a hiwianan chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious, good size for the price, pineapple was nice and sweet and the chicken was cooked and bun was a perfect softness. I went in believing that burger King was one of the worst takeaway shops but left absolutely amazed at the quality of food.
Please don't go here. I have been a couple of times and it always makes me feel sick. I went there this morning with my mum and grandma and they have all been vomiting all day. My chicken nuggets were still pink, and the fries were so wet and soggy. Would give it a 0 if I could. Filthy tables, horrible service and flies everywhere.
