I went in here with my son on a Saturday night. It was quiet. Service was great. My son has Down Syndrome and the staff on the counter took their time to understand him and take his order. They even gave him a sample ice drink to try the flavour before he committed to buying it, just in case he didn't like it. Way to go team. You rock.
Five stars to the awesome wāhine who was on window one tonight! Friendly, great service, really gave a damn about showing up for the customer. Girl I hope they give you a raise, you are a 10/10! Thank you! And thank you from our puppy!
Burger had whole lettuce stump in it, covered in saucenProbably someone's idea of a joke.nTable tops were thick with grease. Dried up blobs of sauce on table legs and floor. Didn't try bathrooms.
Ordered through my sons uber app. Unfortunately it was cold by the time it arrived and also missing 4 lots of chips. Time had passed to contact the store
Unsanitary staff members texting on their phone while packing orders. She did not wash her hands at all even after being told by her manager to put the phone away. I couldn't even leave a proper complaint because they didn't even give me my receipt. Just overall shoddy service.
