Don’t know what is wrong with this shop but they really need to improve their stuff training. Every time there’s something missing from drive thru, today, a choc pie, last week, 2 drinks of happy meal. I mean seriously? It not like I ordered 100 things. Very disappointed.
Worst McDonald’s experience ever.**nI ordered a Big Mac and added a chicken portion. They completely missed it – clearly no one checks the orders when making the burgers. When I went back to the store, the guy with glasses looked like the manager, Indian guy refused to remake my order and instead tried to blame *me* for not bringing the burger back. Absolutely ridiculous.nnDisgusting attitude, zero customer service, no manners, no professionalism at all. I don’t understand how someone like that even got the position. If this is the standard of staff they hire, it’s no wonder mistakes happen all the time. Avoid this McDonald’s – they don’t respect customers, they don’t admit their mistakes, and they clearly don’t care about service.
I’m sick and tired of coming in there with poor customer service skills your workers are shocking. My orders are over one hundred dollars when I do come there and it’s always missing food! Iv also stood there and watched uber orders sitting on the bench for over twenty minutes then sent out cold with the drivers who get the blame. Not impressed do better Mc Donald’s
I understand it's a Monday night, who wants to be working late Monday night... not many people. But it also ain't that hard to add the pickles, sauce and onions to burgers that are supposed to have them.nAppreciate y'all are working late nights, but please remember to actually make the burgers and food correctly.
I ordered a triple cheese burger combo and was charged that price but when I got home I realized it was only a cheese burger with 1 pattie, it's not the first time its happened at this Macdonalds, where i was given less then what i paid for. The people there are nice tho.
