I understand it's a Monday night, who wants to be working late Monday night... not many people. But it also ain't that hard to add the pickles, sauce and onions to burgers that are supposed to have them.nAppreciate y'all are working late nights, but please remember to actually make the burgers and food correctly.
Whenever we want a quick Maccas fix in Whanganui, I always preferred this location because it feels quiet and more parking space.nI gave 4/5 stars on food because one time I ordered Iced Mocha and Hot Mocha there but they always forgot the decaf plus when the Hot Mocha was served, it was not stirred properly and all the choco powder is clump on the bottom of the cup. I also notice they are not consistent on taste. But the food is consistently okay and complete.nService is enough and everyone is working hard, they are still friendly even they are busy. Atmosphere is less people which is good.
I ordered a triple cheese burger combo and was charged that price but when I got home I realized it was only a cheese burger with 1 pattie, it's not the first time its happened at this Macdonalds, where i was given less then what i paid for. The people there are nice tho.
I just got an order through uber at the mcdonalds liffiton st we have just received our order which was delivered to the whanganui hospital which is practically around the corner from thile mcdonalds so we were expecting our food to be hot. It wasnt. All our food was cold an hard we got no spoons for our sundaes an no straws for our drinks. Not good at all, very disappointed an nooyed because we are just around the corner from this mcdonalds.nVery unhappy customers
