Terrible Indoor Experience – Incredibly Slow Service and Poor Hygienen​I had a highly frustrating experience at this McDonald's location. The service is super slow, and it is completely obvious that the store heavily prioritizes the drive-thru lane while completely disregarding dine-in and in-store pickup customers. If you choose to walk inside, prepare to be ignored and wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get your food.n​To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the store is severely lacking. The main dining area was untidy, and the toilets were unacceptable and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It feels like management does not care about the indoor environment or the customers standing right in front of them. I would recommend avoiding this branch unless you are strictly using the drive-thru.
Poor all round - orders not called out so customers haven’t a clue which order is theirs.nFood cold - extras paid for weren’t even actually added to the order. Damned if I know how they get on if it was actually busy.
During Anzac me and my mate went. Was about 11-12ish and the girl serving us Thru drive through was bloody amazing, was really great customer service. And then I came in again today with my Whanau and she was there again. Honestly she deserves a raise.nThink her name was Marianne or something?nBut thank you for your kindness and great service girl. :
I went through the drive through on 1.5.26 1am and I had asked for a large hot chocolate and the Manager said no they don't make it ....very poor service
Ordered the new Hot honey spicy after driving an hour home waiting to try the new burger after treating myself there was No honey in the burger. no that’s right just a bog standard mcspicy. If your gonna do specials at least actually make them
