Not bad. The place is modern, even the bathrooms too. Plenty of kiosks to order, it's spacious and welcoming. A decent sized parking area for cars. Good place, does the jobService: 4/5
Worst mcdonalds ever seen in the world. They do not know even what is the meaning of customer service. Taking ages to prepare the delivery foods and when the delivery drivers ask about the delay after 40 minutes of waiting bloody rude staff replies with "it will be ready when it is ready". Never seen talking to the customers like this in any other restaurant in the world. While waiting at the counter five to six people on average brings their foods back claiming the order is incorrect. I think the staff should be properly trained with customer service. Somebody should teach them customer is the one who pays their salary.
Messy dining area, dirty touch screens, dirty toilets. Absolutely no customer service, my number was called out and that was the only word spoken at me, when I picked up my bag no one was there to greet me. This is not the first time this has happened I doubt I will ever go back would rather take my money elsewhere.Food: 2/5
3 times I went here and had missing ingredients from the burgers, 1st time I ignored it thinking mistakes happen, 2nd time I emailed my complaint with no reply, 3rd time I got a reply with the promise of a $20 Voucher, has now been 3 weeks since and still nothing, pretty poor on their behalf. Nothing bad about the food or the people making it, mistakes happen but this place obviously has a management team that's not up to scratch
Worst macdonalds ever, burgers thrown together and cold. Chips just about raw. Thick shake was like water. Complained as I asked for the shake not to be made till I had the food and was told with complete arrogance that drinks and ice creams are made as soon as order recieved. So by the time your order is ready 15/20 min your ice cream and milkshake has melted. Refuses to give fresh ones. All staff need sacking. Will never stop foot in here again.
Unfortunately this store has gone down hill would not recommend .Go to south city Macdonald if want a good meal dee is not worth the time or the money I have spend so much at this place in last year and just about every visit there is a problem I'm having to wait way to long for a order or my order is completely missed yesterday I was ment to get table service the girl serving me didn't even look properly she walked round half the store then went straight back to back of house where she just put it on the bench and left it no initiative at all not even a call out of the table number then today I was just getting a cold drink people that had ordered full meals where getting theres for some reason I was still waiting even though my number was way before theres ened up going up lucky I did because I dont think i would have got my order as a lot of time it's taken of screen before even made . Only thing going good about this place is the 2 main cleaning ladys always a clean area when there around and a smile dont know what the place would do without them .
There was a wait at the drive thru some car took forever. When I finally got to order and collect, it was cold. I'd had enuf as it's not the first time. Went in to get hot fries, tried the burger and this was cold too. You think with the amount of traffic that the basics of hot food would be simple.Food: 1/5
Couldn't believe the girl behind the coffee machine there. Beautiful brown eyes, Gorgeous women. Shouldn't be in a cafe should be on a runway. Think her name started with T. Amazing service.

I never write reviews but I just have to. The worst dining experience of my life, took my family to McDonald’s Dee St Invercargill for a family breakfast before we all went out on ways for the day, we used two kiosk machines to order our breakfast just over $120.00 in total. We then waited for a length of time for our order to arrive which did, but only one of the kiosk orders. The food was cold, along with the table service which I can only explain as cold, as food just dropped and she walked away. When we then opened our food we found 80% of it to be cold, but the nightmare didn’t end there - we still were waiting for our second kiosk order to arrive at our table after at least 30 minutes of waiting. We went up to the counter to find out where this was, a guy took our receipt and said he would sort. 15 minutes later, still nothing so we went back up to the counter where no one knew anything of the issue, but guess what breakfast menu has now finished! Very disappointing service and McDonald’s processes, I’m sure Ronald would not be happy just like us!!!
