I ordered for Kings Collection Streaky Bacon Steakhouse at 23.22 I made a complaint about the bacon. I did not find the bacon. but turned out the bacon was there. so the drive-thru person was for the bacon and handed it over to the kitchen person. and once the kitchen person found the bacon was there. he/she gave it back to the drive-thru person and then gave it to me back. I mean really? checking the burger with the dirty gloves right in front of the customer? and pls cooked well the bacon. and pls carefully checked if it's extra bacon or normal as it is the same. I am aware that the burger patty is always dry or soggy or burnt as it is a cheap burger. and how small the large size of fries is. but today's experience is too much. I cannot tolerate it. how they respond to customer complaints is just unbelievable. I hope burger king can invest in better training for the staff.
No one seems to worry about cleaning and wiping the dining tables as often as they need doing. Quite grubby unfortunately. But excellent food and good service. Staff could be a bit warmer and friendlier, and they don't need to shout so loud once orders are ready. A hand held buzzer would be a great idea:Food: 5/5
The quality of Burger King has dropped in recent years, burger build quality is disappointing at best. The only flavour is in the BBQ sauce, the rest of the burger could be made of paper and it would taste the same. They earn two stars for being edible.
We went at 7pm for dine in. All tables were dirty, the rubbish bins were full, even the floor had rubbish on it. I asked for a wet cloth to wipe our table myself and was told they dont have any and to just use a dry serviette. Our burgers looked like a 2year had slapped them together however the chips were fresh and hot

Food, service and atmosphere good, but the recept was wrong I payed $30 but the recept said I paid $18. Not good when you are buying tea for yourself and flatmate for tea. Parking: Heaps of parks
Usually busy, so staff are understandably harried, but the food's good and prices are very good. The app gets you even better deals. Kid-friendliness: Basketball court available. Parking: Plenty of parking in the carpark. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance.
I WAS DISAPPOINTED, this place was really dirty. Every single table had been used and not cleaned. The food was average I would not recommend this place.
I came here to protest, because a girl from Invercargill named Kelly told me BK was sh!t and it is actually not... So please people, come, it is decent food!!Food: 5/5
The staff were all working to get the orders, and the food was nice and fresh. Unfortunately I have to agree with others who say the restaurant wasn't clean. The floors were so dirty and tacky that my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked. This was even worse in the toilet which is really not ok . They clearly hadn't had a hot mop in a while. The doors, windows etc were all really grimy and in need of a good clean.
