We had to wait 40min for our burgers, which was way to long for a fastfood place. The fries were done after 15min but were cold when the rest of the food came. We actually had to extend our parking meter because we didn't expect our burgers to take that long. The dark night burger was amazing, the bottomless pit not so much.
I ordered the cheesy gravy fries, a burger and a thick shake for dinner. It was a good meal.
We went here to grab a quick bite to eat after a poor customer experience somewhere else. Great service, good burgers, and delicious sides. Highlights include the sauces both gravy and curry for the fries, and the onion rings.Food: 5/5

Spent $105.00 and waited 1 HOUR for the order. I was not told about any wait time. Swapped items without informing me, no idea why. other customers were given complimentary drinks etc for the wait. I was not offered anything aside from a “oh sorry for the wait.” Pretty shocking experience to be fair.

We have ordered online before and was stunning meal, but this time , omg, the meal was stone cold, so heated it up in microwave, but the fires in gracy where half fries and half curly ends? and so spicy, threw them out, the burger had so much sauce that even after scraping as much as I could out of it, still couldnt eat it, so guteed as last time the meal was stuning, this time it was like someones left overs, and took a hour to get here
Not good service - made to eat a burger we didn’t order and no offer for refund. Dis- interested at order stage and took ages for food. Not a good experience
Their burgers don't look appealing to me at all but was surprised that they were actually that good. Had one at Ferburger Queenstown a day ago and would take Devil Burger any day. The cheesy curry fries were a delight, never tried anything like it. If ever their Queenstown joint is as good as in here, would definitely come back on my next trip.
