Good place i was love this mcdz early house of the morning and normal hours my food is always hot and yum and when ever I do come to this one in the day its to bring my client and she always loves the food to never cold hot and just right I don't think I've ever had a bad encounter with this mcdz and also I love having the ice caramel lattes always good to have when your not hungry or before or after a feed
Mcdonald's has good fast food. I went 3 days in a row, and they didn't have ice cream around 5-5:30pm. I asked why the 3rd day they were running the machine through some program, etc. Then I asked if they did this everyday around the same time. He didn't know!! You go through the drive-through, and the menu is nice and bright. When people go through drive-through, it is suppose to be quick. Now you are advertising all the menu board in bright led lights etc, when you don't have ice cream, frozen coke, nuggets spicy range, or coffee especially morning time, or anything else.....let the customer know at the entrance of the drive-through. You have a menu on both sides when you order. Maybe move the other two boards at the entrance of the drive-through. At least then, we won't be wasting our time in the line at the drive-through or your employees having to give excuses to customers. Today I ordered Mac chicken combo, and they didn't give me a drink! So yes, their service is very bad .
Very shocking with handing out cold food and re-heating it in the microwave when asked for a fresh meal. I'm here quiet offen and have the same problem majority of the time. Workers need to take more pride in there work also I reckon as some food come out like it's been slapped together quick ‍‍Food: 1/5
Worst mcdonalds in Auckland. Been there a few time as its close to home and service is always s#@t. Always get poor attitude in the drive through. They never listen properly to your order so you will always be missing something and not once have they got my full order correct. Took my family inside one evening as my 6yo wanted mcds for her birthday dinner, and was disgusted by the behaviour of the shift supervisor constantly yelling and grunting at 1 particular staff member to the point he walked off the job as she followed him out the door screaming at him in front of customers.
Seriously this is the worst Mac Donald's we had ever experienced we do Uber eats most of the time, sometimes they put wrong meals in your deliveries or sometimes they miss one of our meals and today was the worst they didn't put the burger buns on the Mac spicy, all it had was only chicken and lettuce the sauce, even more worse that they won't pick up our calls.
Cleanest Mccas i've been. Not so much space for a large group and doesn't have a playground for kids so make sure it's just you and a friend! Haha. Servings are good portion too, i was quite surprised how massive or full their normal chips were. Highly recommended, friendly staff too! Will definitely be back!
Would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The place was empty yet we waited 25 minutes for our food. When we did receive our order the chips were stone cold, they'd forgotten 1 drink and nuggets, 2 of the drinks we did receive were different flavours than ordered, missing bacon and tomato from my McSpicy deluxe burger. Complete sh*tshow.
Hi, I live locally and I regularly used MacDonald Cavendish branch purchasing my meals through the drive through, mostly in the morning for the breakfast menu and importantly for their Medcafe coffee. I also drive through for their lunch menu for most lunch hours. Unfortunately for the past month, I have been told that either their coffee machine is not working or there are not enough staff to provide these services. I now have lost confidence using this branch, and I hope that this will change moving forward. With the current management and staff. My experience with their customer services has been ultimately disgusting, terrible and unsatisfactory. I swear not to enter their drive through ever again. I will rate this branch not 0/5 star but a minus 5 below zero out of a 5 Star. I hope that MacDonald will implement changes rapidly to improve and provide better services in this branch. Parking: Parking is not issue for me.
I just ordered big Mac combo. worst burger, pattie was dry, like it'd been in warmer more than 5mins. tasteless hardly any sauce, more lettuce than a handful. menu had chocolate lava pudding but the young girl said they don't have it? hmm smh* u sure about that?
Arrived 5:17am this morning to order food through the drive-thru only to be told their systems are offline and only open up at 6am for orders? This means they are not open 24 hours, maybe you need to alter your trading hours.
