Drive thru is usually pretty slow, the queue is often long and takes a long time to progress. Most of the time I’ve been there our orders have been served up wrong. In saying that I know the staff are just doing their best, and the food is usually fresh and yummy. Not the best KFC in Auckland but not the worst either
The restaurant is absolutely disgusting, I am surprised it's in the state it is in. I would never come back here, service was slow and chips were unseasoned and bland we threw away. Very disappointed!!!!Food: 2/5
It's our first time as a family to enjoy KFC as much as we did. We don't buy very often because of previous bad experiences, but you guys definitely turned it around. The time it took to prepare our big order was fast, although it seemed like there were a few staff members short, still got it done in a timely manner. We were very happy with the good experience, especially the quality of the food. Thanks, KFC!
Ordered by online for pick up - 12pcs wicked wings -4pcs original recipes -1 Large Coleslaw -1 Large Gravy Staff prepared for my order and drive 20mins to home and I opened the sealed bag, No Coleslaw and no gravy
We order frequently as it's convenient for us, however with every order served to us,there is some issue with it. Today there was no lettuce on the burgers, the other day there was hair in the kfc, I just had to put a review this time as we are just not seeing improvement. It's just getting worse,the service and the quality. Maybe this branch needs to close down as they don't have standards and don't seem to care about customers satisfaction.
I Ordered a 12 piece Kentucky Bucket and ALL the pieces were smaller in size than that of a wicked wing and all pieces were dry. We love and have always supported KFC but since this was the second time that this has happened I will think twice before spending my money at the Botany branch again. Tried calling the branch but the phone keeps ringing, no answer. Not happy at all...
We celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday that day and after an eventful day we stop there for a kai and what awesome staff they let us take my daughter's cake and munchies into their courtyard and continued celebrating. So a huge mihi from us to the staff at Botany KFC thank you all very, very much.
Absolutely disgusting. Took 40 minutes to give me a very small order. Seen people waiting for their meal for more than an hour. Staff looks untrained and unprofessional. Around 4 staff at the front doing nothing, so inefficient. Housekeeping is also not up-to the standards. Guys if you don’t want to stuck, please look for another KFC in this area.
As days past by KFC Botany services are coming down too. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and upon reaching the window, the staff read the order back to us. The staff repeating the order seemed so confused in himself and wasn't able to repeat the order properly even though it was displayed on the screen. We ordered coke no ice at the speaker and had to retell the staff what drinks we would like at the window. I wonder what the staff was doing when we were specifying our preferences at the speaker box. After such a long wait, we got home and sat to eat only to find out that the food was completely cold. The burger buns zinger and colonel burger were cold, the snack burger had no lettuce at all and cheese was added to it even though we hadn't requested for cheese on it. The staff packing the order just decided to chuck the bread rolls in it's original plastic tied the plastic bag and placed it in the big brown bag. The least they could have done is to atleast take it out of its original plastic packaging and put it in a bag or something. Another big issue of this store is when you try call the management on the landline number, absolutely no one will answer the phone call no matter how many times you try calling. I tried a few times after getting home but nobody is ready to talk to you on the other side of the line. I wonder what sort of training the managers have done. Really disappointed after spending money, wasting time while waiting and receiving such low quality food.
This kfc branch always seems to disappoint service while in the drive thru is always slow, the chicken is always dry and tastes like burnt oil the chips were not seasoned well but very salty and to top it off ordered a xl bucket 16pcs and not a single chicken thigh in the bucket. If there was a minus star that would of been the rating something needs to be done as it puts a negative vibe on the brand name KFc all other branches chicken is tasty and fresh and nice and moist but KFC botany is a huge disappointment for KFC
