Lots of parking but very busy so was a little hard to find a close park. Bit of a wait but good service. Loved my burger, hubby was ok with his but didn't feel it was worth almost $18. Kumara chips were yum, but again, quite pricey for the amount $7 for a carton and aioli. Glad I tried it once, but not sure I'll go back often due to the price $40 for 2 burgers and kumara fries
We get this once a month for work and is always at least 4stars good. However today was a different story. Ordered the Hybrid burger instead of my usual American Muscle Double and was a bit let down at the difference between the advertisement and what I actually got.Food: 1/5
Been coming for years. Sometimes staff don't seem bothered or happy to be serving you. Burgers are great but sometimes a bit greasy. Strawberry thick shake is the best in the city though!Food: 4/5
Always a good burger but this trip my fries were obviously a bit rushed as the were quite soft. Usually the food is always fantastic so this was probably a one off. Certainly would not put me off going again and highly recommended for a good feed. Wasn't that keen on the chicken fenders. But maybe that's just me, seemed quite pricey for what I got
Food - average. Better burgers from other stores. Ordered one of the special burgers and was meant to get free fries but was charged for fries, then given a free drink which cost even less. Second burger in the order - missing avocado. Told the staff member and they said "what a shame you only noticed it half way through the burger", took it with them, then smeared lots of avocado on the part where the burger was munched into. Service - below par as above. Atmosphere - ruined by the very sticky tables and floor, ripped seating that was also broken. Definitely wouldn't recommend dining in and at a stretch will even say go to Botany where you'll get better service and food.
So so disappointed! This was probably the worst burger fuel I’ve had. The beef tasted off, the salad in the burger was so sad looking like be more generous with the filling, for the price you pay you expect a decent burger. The chicken burger wasn’t great either - tasted oily. The Kumara fries - wow spare it! Every other store packs their fries full - barely anything in there’s. Also the kids beef burger wasn’t fresh the bun wasn’t soft, it was kind of hard. Take a note from maybe the Massey store because they make your burgers look really bad. And they let me know if I’m a gym member and show my tag that I get free fries which was just a bonus and cool that they shared that.
This branch is not overly crowded and the food served rather fast comparing to other branches and situ in front of a carpark. Plenty of parking space.Food: 5/5
Food and service was great but the awful manager kept yelling and belittling the staff in the kitchen. They seemed to have gotten a few orders wrong so he was patronising them and they looked on the verge of tears. I would not go again if he was still in charge as it was an awful place to eat food in.Food: 5/5
It was a rare cold day in Auckland and this restaurant was cold inside despite heating being on full blast inadequate. Metal seats that may look trendy but were uncomfortable and cold to sit on. Also no bathroom or anywhere to wash your hands, which for an eating place seems strange / wrong. To do so you had to walk to the local mall. Food was served in bags to our table, unlike other burgerfuel locations where they serve on trays. On the plus side, thankfully the food quality was fine and served with a smile / good level of service. The place was clean and tidy. In summary, it was OK especially if you want takeaways. But given the prices paid, a bit more attention to customer comfort and this would have been 5 stars. Next time I think I'll avoid this particular location but great as a pit stop. With free range meat as standard on the menu - its the only burger place we ever visit.
Great soy shakes and decent vegan burger, could have been hotter tho. Nice staff but tables were sticky I’m definitely gonna get more soy shakes Vegetarian options: Good options
