McDonald's Frankton

Two drive thru entrances to take orders. Absolutely love how they have greeted me in Te Reo Maori the last couple times i have been there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food has been served quickly and hot. They were happy to give me a voucher for getting my order incorrect.

Amazing playground if you have little ones. Nice and big, lots of places to sit. Nice and clean.

Great customer service, food was as expected and the mccafe coffee was just what I needed!! Particularly liked how serious the staff were taking hygiene under the current circumstances we face in the world

Really friendly and generous staff, spacious seating area, clean toilets, biggest Macdonald's playground in NZ for the kids! What else can you ask for! Come for a visit now!

It is definitely one of the cleaner MacDonald stores in Hamilton. Acoustics are not so good, voices carry. Service good and staff willing to help.
