We came here for our final Maccas run in NZ before returning home to Australia. As always, NZ’s McDonalds’ beef patties are juicier and tastier than the ones in Australia. We will miss you…

To a lot of entitled people on here: it’s MACCAS. It’s not somewhere to go for an exceptional dining experience. Y’all need to chill out a bit. The drive-thru is small and narrow. There’s only one way in and out. The service isn’t top quality, but it has improved in recent times. However, most importantly, the food is almost always perfect. It’s hot, fresh, and tasty. I cannot fault the food and that’s the only thing I really care about when going to a fast food outlet. The only time they’ve messed up my order in five years is once they put the wrong sauce in the bag.

Food here is always nice and service is efficient and quick. Have never had a problem here. Only use drive thru as it's a small store and feels a little claustrophobic.Food: 5/5

The place was very clean, but the coffee was a let down. It was way too hot and tasted burnt. The staff were friendly and helpful, however. Be prepared for a wait though, especially if the drive-thru is busy. The car park exit forces you to queue behind the drive-thru lane, which can add 10-15 minutes to your visit. Parking: Finding parking can be tricky. Street parking is limited from Monday to Saturday, and the lot behind the restaurant seems to be mostly for staff. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet there were only two free spaces. To make matters worse, exiting the car park requires waiting in line with the drive-thru, which can take 10-15 minutes during busy times. Consider trying your luck with street parking on Sundays, or be prepared for a wait. Kid-friendliness: This cafe is quite small, with a focused menu. It might not be ideal for young children, as there's no dedicated play area and limited space for them to roam around while waiting.

First time at this McD's. Dined in today, food and service good as expected, took over 10minutes to get out of on-site carpark, had to line up behind drive-thru customers. No parks available on road, Hopefully an update due to resolve this problem

The thing is I'm pretty shattered after a long nights work Tryna get a fast feed so I can head to bed but some humans can't do a job right an give correct orders I do not have time or the gas to drive back an get the missing order i paid for this isn't the first time hire people who actually do their jobs an don't shut the window on people if you haven't given the correct order teach people how to communicate in your business especially around the Hamilton area you have the worst customer service every mc Donald's in Hamilton you get bad customer service

U guys are so awful. Schedule an interview for 9th July at 16th June. And just cancel it with unforeseen circumstances. What’s unforeseen circumstances? U just don’t want worker without reference from ur current workers. If that’s the case, why open jobs to public? Nonsense idiotsService: 1/5

I was served by a very enthusiastic well mannered Asian woman today exceptional customer service skills and the food was prepared Pronto. Highly recommendFood: 5/5

I literally just got home with my order and had to review this mcdonald’s. Service was a bit dull, very monotone replies , but working at maccas before it might’ve just been the handover from the day staff that had already worked quite a bit today to the night crew but the speed that i got my food was insane! I got out of the drivethru and checked my order because when i’ve gotten food before quick there’s usually something missing or wrong but nope! piping hot and everything was there. Quick , easy and great service !
