MITHAIWALA - HAMILTON

It was an amazing experience at Mithaiwala.They are serving an authentic indian flavors with heavenly taste. The ambiance was nice and decent In design, presentation was really good and the food tastes delicious. I would definitely take my friends there. Staff was polite and special thanks to their Manager Mr. Vishal for making my visit indelible. I would highly recommend this place if you wanna try real Indian flavors.

I Love Mithaiwalla. It’s always my first stop when I return from overseas. I always look forward to when I can stop off and enjoy a few plates, and the very best snacks. And always the best service. Thank you Guys

Very bad experience. Food is not good. Poor presentation. Unhealthy food. Poor customer service. I ordered masala dosa its raw, gravy not cooked properly. Pani puri water is very very hot.

They have gone into their low level with both their quality of food and service. I visited yesterday to order some Samosas and Bread Pakoras as they both looked stale and didn’t taste good at all. Also order jalebi from them and I found a mosquito in jalebi. Totally disappointed from them. Very pathetic service and food. 0/5 for customer service and quality of food. I want owner to look at their staff and their way of making cheap quality of food.

This is what happens when Mithaiwala staff says “Trust me I will put good one’s for you”. And once you are home you find out they have got rid of their waste sweets; while you paid full price for it. I think I should explore better options in Hamilton.

I had a mixed experience. I did notice each time I’ve been there, they’ve been very busy and the customer service gets affected a little bit.

We been there on Friday afternoon. Lady in front not good at all in customer service so rude. Food is alright it used to be good. We were their for dine in and we need to clean table ourself to sit there and other tables are not cleaned too. Other guest have to clean the tables them selves to sit and have food there.

Terrible service and food. Don’t recommend any one. Tandoori was not cooked and felt like eating ata.

One of New Zealand's worst restaurants. Negative points for cleanliness. The chef has no idea how to cook the cuisine. We ordered sevpuri and received something that was nowhere near sevpuri. This food caused stomach trouble the next day. Please avoid eating here if at all possible. They serve out-of-date meals. I'd like to file a complaint with the food authority about this restaurant.
