We had a great birthday lunch. Their scallops, lamb skewers, crispy soy pork belly were so delicious. I had a lamb roast which was on a special in winter and was really good, so we tried one of the specials papaya salad and we all loved the flavor, it was very refreshing. For dessert the birthday boy had a biscoff cheese cake with a pretty decoration. Staffs are super friendly. We'll definitely come back!
We had a lovely meal here for our last night in Whitianga. The service was quick, friendly & knowledgeable. We were really happy to see several vegan options - we had the veggie spring rolls, charred broccoli & Agedashi Tofu with rice. Can highly recommend!
Great location. Food average. We ordered a starter/shared platter and a scotch filet and spareribs. All meals came put together. The mains were cold and had clearly ben sitting under the lights. The stak was medium well not medium rare as ordered. The spare ribs were ok with half being dry and for some random reason the chef decided to put some random Indian i spired side on the plate pakora. This did nothing for the dish apart from confuse the taste buds. No one came back to our table to check how our meals were until we were nearly done. I did mention the steak issue and the server just nervoulsy laughed and said oh sorry.
Great atmosphere with a great view of the marina. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We smashed our food. Super yummy and we loved it. We ordered the chef special Roast lamb and Thai beef salad. Highly recommended place to eat in Whitianga.
