The service was great. Staff were quick and super friendly. The menu had a great selection. The started were amazing, fresh and seasoned well. Unfortunately the fillet was very over cooked, I asked for medium and received borderline well done, it looked worse in real life than the photo. The mushroom and garlic butter sauce did make it a lot better though.
Absolutely loved LOVED this place. nThe owner is awesome, she remembered my exact coffee order when I came back the next morning, which honestly made my day. Their cappuccino and breakfast was absolutely delicious my empty plate says it all.nThis place offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The view’s lovely and it’s such a nice feeling being able to smile and wave at locals passing by, it really adds to the charm and community vibe. Bonus entertainment: the food’s so good that the local seagulls are always hanging around, clearly hoping to steal a bite off your plate.nI gave 4 stars only because the vegan options are a bit limited. That said, if I’m ever around again, I’ll definitely be back and ordering the exact same thing without hesitation: the Tonkatsu Mushrooms & Avocado Toast - smashed avocado, tonkatsu-glazed mushrooms on sourdough with a hash brown, tomato relish and garden salad. Worth every dollar of the $22.nGreat food, great people and a place that makes you feel welcome.n
We had an amazing meal and cocktails here tonight. The best pork belly meal I have had in a long time. My partner was also very happy with his very loaded fish Burger. Highly recommend.nEdited- The very next night we went elsewhere for dinner and let's just say we paid for the view and that was it - We left after our mains and went back to the amazing Blue Lagoon for cheesecake and wine, so I could end my birthday right. THANK YOU!!!
My wife thought the seafood platter was perfect. While I thought the seafood platter was quite generous in portion and the ingredients were fresh, except for the sweet and sour shrimp which was a bit too salty for me. The most special thing was that he even put spices on bread. Additionally, the Wellington steak tasted different from the raw-cut steak, but the flavor was great. The ham and mushroom flavors blended well together.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Blue Lagoon!nnThe food was absolutely amazing. I had the crackling glazed pork belly and the rack of lamb, and both dishes were cooked to perfection beautifully moist, tender, and not overcooked at all. The flavours were incredible and perfectly balanced, making every bite a delight.nnOn top of that, the customer service was awesome friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return
