Marbles Buffet

Amazing place..very recommended..highly worth visiting. Had a massive feed...and such an amazing selection and choice. Very impressive...will definitely go again.

We were staying at Devon Hotel and decided to go to their breakfast buffet on our last day. We opted for their cooked options so we can get bacon and eggs. Their croissant and pastries were freshly made and yummy. The scrambled and poached eggs were also perfect. However, my son noticed that there was a fly in one of the bread baskets and no one seems bothered to make sure the food area is clean. I also saw that the grapes are molding but it was still served. Other than that we are happy with the buffet.

Marbles is an amazing place for New Plymouth. The high price tag is supported well by a huge range of high quality foods. Dinner is the most impressive. Breakfast is generally about $20 which is great for a buffet style place.

My partner & I hadn't been to Marbles for years - but it was well worth the wait! A very impressive range of food was on offer & what we had tasted amazing; I particularly enjoyed the sweet chili mussels & seafood chowder soup, nicely washed down with a sensational Shirley Temple Mocktail!nWe also loved the beautifully updated interior design & art, especially in the main restaurant.nPlus a big thank you goes out to the lovely staff who looked after us, keep up the great work! A++ all round.
