KFC New Plymouth

My partner just got an uber from kfc, and he found a hair in his chicken. Very off putting, clearly no health and safety measures in place to prevent this.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at KFC New Plymouth. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, along with several other customers, as staff seemed to prioritise drive-through and online orders over those in store.nnWhen my order finally arrived, my burger bun had mould on it. I returned it and asked for a remake, only for the replacement to be the wrong burger. For a meal costing over $70, I expect food that is fast, accurate, and most importantly safe to eat.nnThis store seriously needs to improve its time management and food hygiene standards. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be returning unless things change.

When we finally reached the cashier window, they didn’t inform us of the total amount, leading to a frustrating wait of over 15 minutes as they searched for a manager to provide change for a $50 note.nTo make matters worse, our meal arrived incorrect. After bringing it to their attention, it was still not corrected, which left us feeling unsatisfied. Overall, this experience was far from what we had hoped for, and I doubt we’ll be returning anytime soon.nWould give 0 stars if we could.

Ok just got to say, have had enough of getting no answer when phoning KFC when items have been missing in our orders and this evening our delivery has not arrived at all. We spent over $100 tonight and New Plymouth store are doing what they do best and ignoring there customers and providing the worst possible service and food quality. Shameful!
