KFC New Plymouth

Waited 20 minutes for a snack box that’s priced at 7 bucks to only have 10 chips and a few pop corn chicken. manager couldn’t rectify the situation and problem solve for customer. Something needs to change

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I'm pretty sure if I jumped behind the counter I could get me order more right....nnDoes anyone know what a large chips arennHas anyone work there more than a week.nnSince moving to NP a year ago I've NEVER had the right order

Service there is very slow, I had ordered food online to pick up thinking it would be faster and easier that way. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes after my pick up time for my food. Our fries were still frozen and while waiting we were watching everyone that had came in after us get their food before we even got ours. There were other customers there aswell that had ordered online, that had to wait an incredibly long time as well.

In my top 10 of worst eat-in experiences ever! Apparently, the ladies' toilet floor was sticky and stunk like a urinal. Our meal was left on the counter for 10 minutes as they could not find a bottle of water. The order was missing about 30% of the contents and was literally cold! I understand they were busy, but just no consideration for dine-in patrons at all. We would have seen at least 25-30 cars go through the drive-thru before we asked about our order. Never ever again will we be stopping here!

I will give them less than 1 star, worst ever. Waited an hour for our food. Staff being confused and very unorganized. Asked how far our order is going on, just keep checking the monitor, not telling as specific. Btw an order is already ready to pick up, but no one call us. Can't understand why it took so long to take an order. Terrible service/ staff
