The best crust of this in-house made pizza complimented by amazingly creative toppings. Do not be fooled by its seemingly rustic look. It is modernly sophisticated but still full of genuine natural flavours. The best Italian pizza in Taranaki. Vegetarian options available. My fav taste was gorgonzola with walnuts.

We got Dusty Knuckle to cater our wedding and can't recommend then highly enough! Coming from Melbourne and having to postpone twice due to lockdowns Rob, Anthea and the team were most accommodating and so lovely to deal with. The team easily accommodated dietary requirements, had an awesome set up, and the food was delicious - everyone raved about it! Can't wait until we are back home again to go and have some more!

We ate a late night pizza from a handsome baker here. Good choices and varieties like venison and salami pizzas. The crust was heavenly thin and the sides had the char that comes with using traditional ovens. Each pizza has a mid-range cost, but they were so much better than cheap counterparts from the chain pizzerias.

Awesome hand made base, and toppings made in a wood fired pizza oven. Great ingredients and Rob is always up for a good chat while it cooks.
