Manukau Bus Station

Terrible customer service by the bald guy service at the AT station. I had requested for a refund on a faulty card reader where it had charged me money erroneously. He gave no chance for me to explain the situation and given i had already spent my weekly cap he kept blaming me for not tagging off. Luckily i went to another station and the staff there was incredibly helpful and also ironically stated the same guy had a constant issue of blaming customers and not being helpful which resulted him being trasnferred.

Took the bus from here once, and the other times we were just here for the sushi shop. Staff were friendly and helpful that time we asked about the schedule. This place seems rather deserted even at supposedly peak hours.

Convenient to go to from most of Auckland. Westfield shopping centre is a cross the road. Manukau Train station also cross the road. Inside of Manukau Bus Station is very clean, and there are cafes and food shops around there.

Good place and clean have some security guards person and also tidy and cleaning that area bus station and for helpful people too didn't know probably about the bus where did is wanted to going for to and many of people traveling and walking are cross in the bus station to catch up the number of bus to their home cities and very lovely kind of people with good health and care and safe and also keep following with safety rules we helpful our community's and love together in our God father God bless

Super friendly staff and very helpful with obtaining Hop Card.
