Albany Bus Station

The weird classical / jazz music has to stop playing so loudly, and so early in the morning. Please it is making all of the commuters including myself insane. I like the idea but if they could restrict it to be either quieter or not play as early that would be much appreciated !

The jazz is INSANELY LOUD, it’s actually enraging.nI can still manage to hear it OVER my noise cancelling headphones that’s blasting music. Sort it out.nnAlso, there’s no obvious signs that a bus will drive *around* and loop back when there’s no space in the bay. Would save myself and others from stressing out after a days work

Very cold waiting area. No heater and a bit small for catering a big population from the shore. There are few benches you can sit inside near the kiosk. Not a very nice shelter for strong rain or wind. There are toilets outside and 1 or 2 vending machines. Nicer, if they can do a replicate of the the Manukau bus station. Comfortable, safe, warm with few restaurants/cafe.

Can u guys turn the music off? Its extremely loud and stressful. Ill change my review when you guys do so

Decent bus station but lacks seating, lighting, and security officers. Station also needs some cleaning done as there's black spots all over the benches. Could do with a rethink of stop placements as some stops are crowded while others are empty.
