After leading a crazy, hectic life in Los Angeles and dealing with years of anger and grief Maggie found yoga and meditation to help calm the mind and become present, instead of living in the past with those negative feelings.
In 2015 she, completed yoga teacher training in Ajijic, Mexico and has been teaching around the world at festivals, events, and studios ever since.
