Lynn Reserve

Great covered playground and bush track to escape the heat. The left side of the bush track can be done with the pram up to where the stairs start. Playground has clean toilet and drinking water.

Relaxed stroll down through the bush following the stream all the way to Lynn Reserve where there is a playground complete with monkey bars, swings and a seesaw. there is also a nice grass area for picnics, a bike track and public toilets. It was an enjoyable straightforward walk, though not suitable for wheelchairs as there are stairs.

small and safe park for kids to cycle, has playground, basketball court, clean, well maintain and has toilet.. my son had fun cycling over and over at this park..

Simple but all in. Playground, bike tracking, green field for football and ball activities, semi basketball, a footpath... bus stop around, toilet clean, portable drink available, s few walks down to supermarket

Renovated since the flooding had damaged it, the park is relatively new, well kept thank you bayview locals for looking after your own, and with nice seating and toilets.nnIt also has access to a great walk.nnHonestly, such a good park, glad to have grown up with it.
