Delightful little reserve to walk sunshine or rain. The dense forest area protects from rain. Take chicken feed pellets with to feed the ducks and Pukekos.
As of 2024, Unsworth Reserve hosts Auckland's best baseball diamond i.e. a full turf infield. North Shore Baseball Club nscbaseball.co.nz teams have a home ground!
At first appears to be nothing more than a big open field, but secret paths reveal a small mountain bike trail and winding paths through pine bush along a small stream. A nice place to visit with dogs off lead. Worth a visit for sure.
A beautiful and peaceful area at Unsworth Height. Open and wide, well maintained walking and cycling area.
