Met with I can only assume with the manager/owner of Loredo Motel. The lady looked confused as to why I was standing their until I gave her my name.I didn't feel welcomed at all and was quickly ushered to the room. The lady then commented that the room was only for myself and grand daughter and assumed my daughter and the baby was staying as well, I felt as though I had to justify my family being their. The room was out dated and old and bed spread smelt funny says my grand daughter. The shower was horrible with no pressure and stove was very old as well but worked. Overall not a great experience especially when I had just driven 5 hours to get their. A smile or a welcome would have gone a long way.

the rooms were disgusting, there were cobwebs and spiders in all the corners of the rooms there was bad customer service no daily sheet changes there were stains in the sheets and the oven was disgustingly dirty and the shower was blocked.
Warm room, comfortable and clean beds with electric blankets that worked.nThe lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. A comfortable and relaxed place to stay.
Excellent handy location within city. Very kind and helpful lady at the office. Allowed us to check-in early. Comfortable beds, very tidy rooms and great shower all this made our stay very comfortable.
