Ana Vieira began studying Yoga in 1998 when living in Brazil and looking for an art that would stimulate her entire being. As a very physical person she was attracted to the dynamic practice of SwaSthya Yoga (also known as DeRose Method) and was inspired by the discipline it takes to practice this style effectively. Ana graduated as Yoga Instructor by the International Yoga University, in Brazil, in 2001 and has been teaching SwaSthya Yoga since 2000.
She has also developed three special programs:
• Yoga Sports
Yoga Training Program for athletes aiming to improve performance, prevent injury, develop in-depth knowledge of the body’s biomechanics
and change the nature of the body's limitations.
• Entreprise Yoga
Programme tailored for entrepreneurs. Our brains are design to work at their best when they are in a positive happy state. Techniques aimed to bring mindfullness, concentration and joy. Happiness is the new productivity!
• Yoga Kids Adventure
Introductory Practice of the Yoga System to children aged three and over in a playful way.
