Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays at 9.30am and 6pm in Welcome Bay. Pranayam ~ Yoga ~ Meditation ~ Relaxation ~ breaking through blocks ~ go to infinity and beyond by joining my classes.

Claudia's kundalini classes are a wonderful way to get connected with yourself in a calm space with like-minded people. She offers a variety of kriyas each week; I especially love her sound healing tools, breath work exercises and meditations. Highly recommend.
I have been to several of Claudia's classes, she is an effective teacher who easily shares her passion for Kundalini Yoga. The studio has lovely ambience and she makes it easy for beginners to feel welcome. I always feel energized yet relaxed after a class. Highly recommend.
