Little Taipei Restaurant

Taiwanese Restaurant that serves meals and also bubble tea. We ordered the Taiwanese style pop-corn chicken, Deep fried black pudding, Braised minced pork rice bento and the Taiwanese style beef noodle soup I forgot to take a photo before eating. The flavours are very good and taste authentic. The portion size is a little small for the price paid in my opinion. Otherwise, a great place.

Nice little place, the ambiance and decor is spot on, only wish their food was to the same standard, which isn’t bad per se, but kind feel it’s not quite there either.

Authentic Taiwanese street food, good menu selections, really nice chilly sauce. Taiwanese owner operated. Love all the dishes we ordered, quick table service. Good bubble tea with well cooked bubbles, the largest size is humongous!!. Nice little shop. Moderate pricing. Highly recommend!

I came down to Christchurch from Auckland and I have to say, this is the best Taiwanese food I've had in NZ! To me, an Aucklander, the prices were superb and portions were exactly what I needed to fill me up. I loved the wintermelon milk tea as I haven't tried something like that before and their pearls were the perfect texture. I loved their prawn omelette a must-try as I haven't had one in Auckland that has been done as well as this. We also got the Squid vermicelli dish and that was cheap and filling, with an extra dose of heartiness as well. In terms of ambience, I loved how much effort the owners have put into decorating the place to look Taiwanese - loved the movie posters. If you get the chance to, drop by this place and I'm sure you won't regret it!

Great and authentic food. Great service when we went! Try the fried tofu, and the omelette with prawn and vegetables!!

Amazing Taiwanese style meal, friendly staff and a nice dining environment. Highly recommend the Signature pork chop and crispy chicken leg benton. Also milk tea would be the must try item here.

When your missing home look no further, a defiant must try!

Ok for Chch standard but they do have nice bubble teas. I would go back for their bubble teas.
