Still the best iced tea in the city and the proper loose leaf tea is better than any other specialty tea place here as well.

I ordered caramel milk tea and honey dew milk tea with tapioca pearls via uber eats. I liked honeydew milk tea flavour but caramel milk tea had a weak taste. And the pearls.....it was way too hard ...not chewy at all..I won't come back here again

Coconut Milk tea was fantastic. Good explanation on what was in it.

Great selection of bubble teas. With choice of coconut jelly and red beans as well. Wide range to chose from their own dry tea to take home.

I've been coming here about a couple times a month for maybe six years, and the staff have always been friendly. I'm quite picky about my orders often i'll get half sugar, less tea, more milk etc, and they're always willing to help. The room always smells heavenly and there's usually quite short wait times for your order.
