Returns: Please choose your activities carefully, as there is no refund if you change your mind. I am happy to exchange your goods within 7 days, providing they have not been used and are in re-saleable condition.

In the unlikely event that an activity being returned is faulty, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return. If the faulty item cannot be fixed then I will happily organise a replacement of the exact same item (at my discretion). Please note that a replacement may not always be available, in which case I will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
