Story

BITS is a programme designed by riders, for riders.

Kathryn is a leadership coach. Her passion is working with professionals who want to grow their confidence, achieve success and build resilience so it was a natural extension for her to bring her expertise to help riders too.

Sara is a vet. Her passion is helping animal owners (particularly equine ones) to better understand and maintain the health and well-being of their furry friends using integrated therapies as well as a more traditional approach, so she is excited to be able to share her knowledge on this programme.

Consciously designed to help you make REAL changes to your riding (we're not a quick fix solution!), the Back in the Saddle programme includes around 15hours of coaching, training and consulting valued at over NZ$2,000 but we have designed this programme so that you can pay WAY less than this.

We ask everybody to join us on a one-day workshop to begin with.

This helps us to make sure that you have as many tools, resources and friends as possible to support your journey.

At this point, you have choices:
• You might decide to simply join our free half hour conference each month (where we ask you to share ideas about what you’re doing and the impact it’s having).

• You might choose to have a follow up private coaching session or vet consult (or several).

• You might love our one-day workshop so much that you decide to join us at a half-day workshop later in the programme.
