Little Andromeda is a pop-up venue in the Christchurch CBD. Come down and hang out, grab lunch, grab a bite for dinner, grab a bite-sized show... we have up to 5 events per day happening! Schedule will be announced over September.

I watched Love Mum..as a good friend of mine was in the show. It was the first time Ive ever been here .so cute and such a great vibe an intimate lovely venue. I hope I get a chance to come back. Parking is near and convienent . Will def be bak if there is another show.
I would highly recommend to visit Little Andromeda! Little A is a 100-seat indie theatre tucked away in the middle of Ōtautahi's hottest nightlife, The Terrace. You'll normally find a whole lot of new shows here every week – emerging professional artists with awesome ideas, and established artists performing new material. Whether you want to see small intimate theatre productions, or come to our regular improv comedy show PERFUCT, or watch comedians play Dungeons and Dragons once a month, or see the country's hottest comedians when they're in Christchurch, or see music, dance, poetry... or even just come and hang out in the bar... we're here for you.

Awesome venue with lots of awesome live shows on by local and visiting performing artists. Great staff and a very funky bar. Highly recommended.
Cool to have another performance venue in Christchurch with an interesting theater. Would love to see a wider range of beverages and some lower priced food items $18 for deep fried pickles is a bit of a joke.
A cute little theatre in the CBD.
Great venue to see Jazz on the strip. Don't bother going to another bar on the strip. Has a great bar. Has food too. Didn't know they did food. Next time we will go earlier for food and a drink before any performance there.
Tucked away inside all the hubbub of Riverside is this gorgeous little theatre. It's on the second floor, so we took the elevator - I'm not sure if there's stairway access or not. Generous pours of wine, comfy couches, and great poetry. The scene is blossoming!
We've just discovered a real gem - the Andromeda Theatre! We saw Fugitive Songs last night and it was superb. Great singers, great choreography and musical direction, and a great band. Looks like something is on just about every night. The wine was nice too.
Very welllcoming on entrance to the foyer, and the theater is perfectly small for a familiar experience and to really get drawn into the performance
