Kelsey at Limitless Physio at the Area in New Lynn is the best! She fixed my back in just a couple of visits, was warm, friendly and knowledgable. Her treatment room is clean and adheres to Covid safety practices. Highly recommend.

Kurt is a fantastic physio. He is has looked after my daughters sports injuries and me post surgery for around a year now. He is super knowledgeable and professional, and well respected by the specialists he refers onto etc. I would 100% recommend him to both my family, friends and my patients I’m a nurse practitioner.

Couldn’t recommend Kurt enough, I was struggling with elbow pain for years with certain movements and after the first session with him he knew what it was an old rotator cuff injury and he gave me some stretches to do every day and I’ve never had the pain since. Now I can get back to my training plan!

Kurt’s been a great help with injuries I have had , helps identifying causes of injury and shows you what to do to prevent them from happening again , all on top of getting your current injury fixed. Great guy to deal with. Some Physio’s try to squeeze you for every dollar, Kurt isn’t like that, he’s definitely in it for passion

The longer appointment times really allows Kurt to do a thorough analysis on your existing injuries or problems. He always takes the time to explain everything and has managed to sort out a long term issue of mine. Top class service thank you!
