I've been attending classes at Unity Studio for almost 2 years. The studio is like something you would expect to find in Amsterdam, London or Brooklyn. It is light, airy, smells good and has great plants, music, instructors and equipment. There is a varied enough selection of classes that means you can always mix things up and class times suit most schedules. My core strength has transformed from regularly attending Dynamic Reformer classes and my non-ballerina self has enjoyed the barre classes. This is a place that has the door open for people in all ages, stages and sizes of life – 100% recommend!
I've been coming to classes at Unity Studios for a little over a year now and I think they're the best in town. The instructors are so thorough, experienced and lovely - and I feel in really safe hands with them. If you are rehabbing an injury or just wanting to get fit and strong, Unity Studios is the perfect place to come. The studio itself is also beautiful; calm, light and airy.
I tried the Yin Yoga class on Sunday evening and it was insanely wonderful. I'm not a huge yoga person, and have often tried different classes but never quite got it. This one was different, Dan is amazing and the Unity space is so lovely. It was so, so peaceful. A good old stretch, such a lovely way to end the weekend! Highly recommend.
I absolutely love being a member here. The instructors are awesome, classes are intimate and the studio is beautiful! And getting unlimited classes as a member is great bang for your buck compared to some other reformer studios I looked at. Do a trial, you won’t regret it!
I have been doing pilates for a few months now to reform my body after having a baby. It absolutely helps not only reforms a body but also developing strength. The instructors are absolutely lovely and friendly. Highly recommend :-
Unity Studio is a beautiful, calm and inviting space. The trainers are so kind and accomodating and make you feel at ease. I have been a member for nearly 2 years and love it!
I have done 2 weeks trial and got immediately hocked. The atmosphere, the location and the people. I have done yoga and pilates in Bali, Thailand, The Netherlands and I never came across such a great teachers. So committed, professional and fun. I loved it so much that I got the membership. I feel stronger, I have no more pain in my back and I feel great. Unfortunately I have to leave New Zealand in couple of weeks and I will miss my morning pilates routine. I would like to thank everyone at the studio for being awesome. If I am back in NZ, you will definitely see me again :
Love Unity Studios so much, such a great range of reformer classes for all levels & each teacher has a completely unique style so you're always moving your body in different ways. Love mixing it up with some mat pilates & yoga especially Sunday Yin. The physios are also amazing and the space itself is just good for the soul.
Just love Unity Studios! We are very lucky to have Unity in the Mt Eden / Balmoral hood! Every instructor is just lovely and all unique in their style. Highly recommend a visit and you will be hooked!
I started doing Foundation Mat Pilates after struggling with neck and back pain. I absolutely love the class I attend weekly and feel so much stronger. The instructor modifies the class for everyone’s injuries and is so friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend.
