I am posting this review based on the Services that we have received. 1. Value for money:10/10 2. Durability:Can’t comment on it as it is still new 3. On time Delivery : 8/10 . The only reason for giving them 8 is because we ordered 5 recliners and only had 4 available in the stock. They should keep more stock or inform us beforehandwhile purchasing if you are already booking 3months advance. 4. Customer Service:10/10. All of the customer service agents are just amazing.

Bought Sofa from Lifestyle furniture, quality of sofa is really good and the ongoing spring sale is too good. Great value, great product.

Very bad quality furniture. Bought a 3 + 2 seater recliner. One of the seats sunk in and there was lint all over on both of the sofas. No number to call. Only way to contact was through email. Was refused a replacement saying that was normal sagging. Would not recommend buying from them. Waste of money

The customer service at this store is terrible. I bought wardrobes this weekend, and they offered me the delivery option with the prerogative that the wardrobe would arrive ready for use. I found it an exciting opportunity. However, they delivered the wardrobe without setting up anything. When questioned, they agreed to reimburse the wardrobe but not the delivery service. It's important to remember we paid for delivery service because the closet should come ready for use. Shame on you! Do not recommend and I'll open an official complain to appropriate authorities.

Bought a recliner in early June 2020. The backrest broke and I contacted Lifestyle who replaced it without hassle. Thank you! Staff are warm friendly and helpful.

Efficient service. Got the stuff delivered from AKL to WLG in 2 days. Staff very reasonable and friendly. Product that I bought has matched my expectations. Will require some attention and time to install the product but looks and operates really good

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have brought one sofa and few months after one of the seat had a manufacturing fault but they denied to help by saying its my fault as I must have misused it. No one will speak to you over the phone. They will tell you to email customer service which is run by the owner and for sure he wont help. big promises when you go buy in store but 0 stars for the customer service.

It’s been 4 months and am not happy with the quality of their furniture. Cushions provided with furniture lost buttons in the very first couple of weeks. When you sit on the sofa, springs make hell lot of noise as if it’s 3-4 years old. NOT HAPPY

While the furniture is cheap, the staff are very very rude. We called the store to see where the staff were to deliver the goods and got insulted on the phone. Then once the goods were delivered they were also rude. They refused to remove the rubbish they created and we had to force them to take it as " we had not paid for rubbish removal". All in all while they goods are cheap the quailty of the staff let this down.
