Bought a sofa here, experience from start to finish was great. Very attentive, warm, and helpful in-store, especially to help me understand the main differences and points of each sofa design. The sofa is made in NZ, affordable price, and I could choose from so many fabrics, the side of the chaise, the leg design, and they even offered to make it in a custom size. Delivered in the timeframe proposed and the delivery guys were great. Would definitely shop here again.

I am so pleased with my custom made 3 seater couch + ottoman. Excellent quality and really affordable. I loved the fact that I could choose the exact colour, fabric and style I wanted plus the consultant was super helpful and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this fantastic kiwi company. Will most likely go back to get a matching armchair made too!
Always great customer service. First discovered them in August 2020, I had lounge suit made then and that was great customer service. Today I went back to them and looking for single bed. They listened what I wanted and suggested to go down to their second hand place just around the corner. They had exactly what I wanted in great price with next day delivery included. Any furniture I want in the future, they will be the first one to go and have a look.
We shopped at this store today - what an exceptional customer experience! First off, it’s NZ made furniture so you can support a kiwi business and do your bit for our environment knowing there’s less carbon than getting it shipped from overseas. And delivery before Xmas, 5 weeks out! Sonny and Mike were fantastic - just the right amount of knowledgable, friendly advice vs respectfully leaving us to making our decision. The products are excellent quality and very well priced. The modular suite we bought is versatile, with easy add-ons to extend the seating arrangements. All of this, along with the extensive fabric choices and extra storage and arm width options makes this the only place you want to go to buy a couch. Highly recommend!
I had a nice experience with the guys from the store. Greetings to Sonny and Mike. I'm sorry they're not single guys :- . Little joke, of course. Excellent service and the prices are great for that quality. So dear NZ citizens do not miss the opportunity to have a shopped with them. You will be more satisfied. We bought a queen sized bed and the whole experience was excellent. Due to level 3 restrictions we couldn’t see it before we purchased but the sales staff gave excellent advice and assistance. When we picked it up they were really helpful, getting bits of foam to stop any damage in transit. The bed is comfortable and well made. Highly recommend
My bottle green velour Lucca couch is just the best!! A thousand thank you's for the interior design advice, for happily storing it due to unexpected delays and for the hassle free delivery!! I recommend you guys to everyone...buy NZ made!!!
Lovely customer service on the shop floor and reasonable prices. Unfortunately the sofa we purchased was not as well finished as the product on display. e.g. the cushions are not well fit / sit on the base. Disappointing in this regard, but have been in contact with the team and are still hopeful they will be able to help.
Great product. Purchased a King Single bed about 5 years ago, still in Perfect Condition and Firm as the day I got. Thinking about buying another for guest room in very near future.
