Our Flagship Showroom showcasing over 10,000 sq ft of laid back living is located at 10 Morningside Drive, Kingsland, Auckland.

Poynters is a specialist supplier of quality products in the following categories :

Bought a fantastic table that is just what we want, Gina-Maree did a great job suggesting tables, different options and putting a deal together. If you want something 'cheap', this isn't for you but quality isn't cheap, very pleased.
I love this shop. I purchased custom outdoor cushions for $3k. Quickdry foam and sunbrella fabric. I have left them fully exposed for 1 year and they are almost as good as brand new. They are extremely comfortable and dry from wet very quickly. Dimensions and everything was 100% correct. It is hard to find outdoor furniture that last in NZ, but here you can find it. Willow is amazing she patiently worked through my difficult request with me and nailed it.
Great quick service. Bought sun loungers online and Anthony and Willow made contact straight away, the loungers were ready to pick up within a couple of days, and best of all was all the efforts they both went to to help me fit them into my car, which was harder than it sounds! Really appreciated all their help, they went above and beyond.
Amazing customer service, both when purchasing and on delivery, great products that I was very happy to get on sale. Willow's knowledge of the products is brilliant, her descriptions of the products and impeccable service are impressive, Anthony's smile and kindness on delivery made my day! Than you so much!
Amazing customer service and a great product quality. I bought an outdoor set 11 years ago and it is still in a great condition. Only needed to change the covers and was pleasantly surprised when Willow managed to find a new covers and promptly sent them to me including the tips for easy replacement. Thank you !
Bought a sofa bed over the weekend and got it today Monday delivered to my doorstep! It is incredible how efficient they are. The quality of the sofa bed appears to be great. Prior to this I was always of the opinion that sofa bed can never look good, but I guess I was proven wrong with the Ghia sofa bed. Very happy with the purchase, hope to visit the store in person when lockdown finally comes to an end. Thanks team Poynters!
We have purchased many items of outdoor furniture from Poynters over the last few years. The service and quality of products have always been very good but Poynters have now surpassed themselves! Earlier this year we purchased 4 french loungers with canopy's. On delivery one of the canopy's was faulty. Poynters ordered not one but four new loungers to replace all the loungers, all the way from France whilst leaving the original loungers for us to use until the replacement loungers arrived. They arrive last week and were delivered and swapped with four new loungers. Now that's what I call service. Well done Poynters! Larry Hyde, Auckland.
I recently purchased an outdoor dining setting and I received exceptional service. I reside in Hawke’s Bay and was completely dependent on Poynters arranging for the goods to be freighted to me. I was delighted with the goods and service that I received.
I have purchased from Poynters multiple times over the years. These include outdoor dining table, chairs, sofa, umbrella etc. All of the products are of a very high quality. Their pricing is very competitive for the quality. I had a table delivered and assembled by their team today. Absolutely brilliant customer service delivery by the guys. They are my first choice to shop for outdoor furniture.
