Don‘t come if you want to take passport photos. Brought my 2 years old son to take passport photo today and enquired to show his passport. I didn’t bring his passport I said it is for the visa application and the guy said no they just do passport photo I said that’s fine it is same requirement of size and background color. He refused because he said that would make him into trouble? He didn’t explain the logic behind. Totally confused me. Then he turned me around again said they just take photo for those who over 13 years old as babys move around. It is bizarre because my son firstly took passport photo also in Life pharmacy when he was 5 months old. He lay on the coach the pharmacist took 3 minutes to finish. So far I knew he wouldn’t take photo for my boy today anyway. Absolutely ridiculous and feeling been fooled.

Really frustrate by the price match experience and loyalty card. Totally ruined a pleasant shopping experience. If price match doesn't count towards the loyalty point, make it clear on your sign.  I went in for an item that's just one dollar more than an online shop. So I was happy to pay that so I can get it now. Great chat with the assistant and saw the price match sign, so I asked about it. While waiting for someone to do the price match, she signed me up for the loyalty card. All good. Then come the manager lady, probably. Very reluctant to do the price match. While the assistant checking the price online, she starts saying that they need to have prove as people would lie about these kind of things. Seriously? Fine to check as I have already show them the website, that was one step too far. Then she says I won't get reward points if I go ahead with the price match and I am better off paying the full price.  And then argues about the discount I would get when I buy more from them.  Seriously? I would have been very happy with the experience as the assistant was lovely. Sigh.. please don't offer stuff if you are not sincere. Don't offer and then take back.  I really don't care about the loyalty card nor price match. It's only a dollar. So not worth having my mood ruined by this.

In over 40 years the pharmacy  staff have always answered my queries pleasantly and knowledgeably. Prompt replies to emails plus  telephone manner is always friendly and courteous. Prices are mostly competitive but do your homework first. On a recent occasion as I waited after a vaccination, I could hear the friendly exchange between staff and customers...must say, it was a delight to overhear; some were elderly and had obviously been visiting the pharmacy for years. Seema, the pharmacist was lovely, despite her busy dispensing role. I have added another star as a result of this encounter.

Bought fish oil for 24$ and then next day bought the same item from warehouse chemist for 17$. Ripped off 7$ per box. Price match and refund request both were refused. Just wondering if there is governing authority looking after such issues. Very poor experience.

Amazingly helpful team and very switched on. Plus always willing to help. Store is also kept very neat and tidy as it should be

I guess it depends on the person but I had very helpful and friendly staff. I'm coming here for years and never had any issues.

Need my covid Vaccine but i cant find your pharmacy. I was at 75 Bentley but no luck. I just cant see the pharmacy. Contact me with details on how to find this place.

If I could give half a star I would. The people here are very rude and have no sense of customer service. They don’t care about letting you wait forever.

Bad services and rude staff. Not very helpful at all. Would never come back again
