Very disappointed for the lack of service and compassion shown by one of your staff who refused to give us the anti viral covid pills despite the fact that our very sick daughter qualifiedfor them this occurred nlast Sunday We went elsewhere and obtained the required medication from a professional and understanding outlet in Albany--we will never set foot in your establishment again

Very unhappy with the asian supervisor/ Manager, this person was very rude a couple of times, to myself and other customers, very impatient. No smile at all. When I asked her about a product she said read the information on back of the products. She should take a course in customer services. I know other friends have changed their pharmacy too. Not a good experience with this pharmacy.

I have never in my life experienced rude staff like I did at this pharmacy. I don’t know if the lady had something against me or was just rude all the time. I was next in line and then when it was my turn she says “I’m serving someone else go to her” in the ruuuudest tone. How am I to know? You were serving the guy ahead of me just before? And even if, you can say it in a nicer tone..

I have always found this pharmacy very efficient friendly and polite especially staff member Jun.

The girl at the counter was very rude! I arrived first. But she service the lady came after me. Even the lady told her that I came earlier. The girl at the counter said that's ok. That's not ok. The staff should know the basic social rules and politeness.

I just called to ask about Rat tests and the person who answered was extremely rude, I’m not a sensitive person but she had me in tears. My friend, who’s daughter had a positive test this morning advised me to call as they helped her this morning to get a test. I was not in contact with her daughter but with her for about 20 mins … I don’t count that as a close contact to a positive person as my friend tested negative. Instead of going off at me innocently asking a question, maybe you should listen!

I'd like to give a massive shout out to the nursing team for the vaccine rollout. Went in yesterday and had a bit of a nauseous incident after my first dose and they were very caring/attentive. All good now and thanks again for your help. Cheers and see you for the second dose
