Nice place, has a sauna, diverse equipment. Heaps of cardio options.nThe cage outside is very fun to be in, you get fresh air while also being in a ....cage nStaff are generally friendly. Always welcoming and saying goodbye
The gym itself is great. Clean, ample equipment, nice changing rooms that even have hair straighteners and dryers, single-sex saunas, friendly & helpful staff.nnThe only reasons that this is not a five-star review are:n1. The parking situation is a nightmare during peak hours, particularly entering and exciting the carpark off/onto busy Victoria St. Helpfully, you can park just behind the building at a leased carpark block between the hours of 5:30-8 pm if you are a member. So that helps.nn2. The gym is not open 24 hours. For the pricey membership, this would be a huge bonus to be able to go late at night and early in the morning.nnOverall a great gym with lots to offer!
Great facilities, equipment and PTs. However, client services aren’t so great. Been given false information at reception in regards to the membership termination policy. The head office essentially told me that, since I don’t have this in writing, I am in the wrong - no compromises hope that conversation was recorded. Wasted so much time for emails and a phone call. I was really tempted to give one star for this whole experience, but it is actually quite a decent gym. Hope they put better systems in place though. I don’t think I will be ever coming back.
My first personal training session with ANT was one of the most effective and challenging experiences I've had. ANT is a highly skilled and dedicated trainer who focuses on results and proper technique. ANT's encouragement and support motivated me to push myself beyond my limits and achieve my fitness goals.nnIf you are seeking an effective and efficient personal training experience, I highly recommend ANT. He is an exceptional trainer who will help you achieve your fitness objectives without compromising on quality or safety.
Good gym. There are a few problems though: the first is that the music is too loud. I would rather listen to my own stuff, but the ambient music is so loud in some areas that makes it impossible. Also, the sauna is not as hot as it should be. I've complained about this with the team a few times as several people I know did too. They were polite, but have never done anything. Almost a year later and it's still kind of cold for a sauna.nI'm not sure I'll keep going to Les Mills once my agreement is finished. There are gyms out there as good as this one, but cheaper. I've chosen Les Mills for the sauna, but as it's never hot enough, I'd rather pay for a cheaper gym and a good sauna separately.
