Epic gym. There is so much space, heaps of machines/weights so even during peak times there is lots of equipment available and you dont have to wait long. Ive also done Sprint/Enduro RPM classes + body balance classes and as a very unco-ordinated newbie the instructors have been really supportive.nnMassive changing rooms/bathrooms with lots of styling tools and mirror space is great for getting ready after a session and the sauna is the big seller.nnAll of the staff are super friendly and approachable too. So happy I signed up to LM Hamilton
I would rate the gym five stars, but there are a few areas where I believe improvements could enhance the overall experience at Les Mills. For example, the placement of the hack squat machine is quite close to the Smith machine, which can create congestion and make it difficult to use either piece of equipment comfortably. Additionally, having only one set of abductor and adductor machines often leads to long wait times, especially during peak hours. Adding another set would definitely help manage the high demand. Aside from these points, everything else has been great—I really enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of the facilities.
Absolutely love it here. The team are so friendly and the facilities are fantastic. Sauna included. Lots of variety in classes. Three work our areas. Spin cycle class. It has it all
Nice place, has a sauna, diverse equipment. Heaps of cardio options.nThe cage outside is very fun to be in, you get fresh air while also being in a ....cage nStaff are generally friendly. Always welcoming and saying goodbye
Lovely gym and awesome vibes. Rhii and the team have been extraordinary!
