It's a fully equipped gym with lots of group activities, classes, PTs, and a specialised yoga studio. Great value for money considering you can bring a friend except for the very basic plan.
Tried to cancel my black card membership. Bought a year membership and it finished this week, called to cancel as my login wasn’t working for app and then managed to fill out form and was told I must provide proof that am leaving where there is no cityfitness but its due to personal reasons I can not disclose where it is only that it is no longer within this country. I just want to cancel now to be able to close my accounts over here and move on with this please. Not very helpful. Just want to cancel. And dont want to pay an extra 4 weeks for the cancellation period when Im leaving in less then 2.
