J&J recommends this huge spacious gym for all age groups as a lot of machines are provided. However the public area gets quite busy most times which is why it's not practical to get a good workout most times unless you have the premium membership which allows access to private gym inside
I like the little gym, it gives me room and time to go in and not sit on my phone. In and out, work done
Best gym in town! It's well worth the price, excellent equipment, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the added bonus of the massage chairs makes heading in a treat not a chore.
pros: good range of quality machines, a fairly spacious gym; no bumping into anyone, changing rooms are quality, bathrooms are very goodnnnegs: lighting could be better at night the lights can be a little intense shining on the treadmills, more parking would be nice, another abdominal crunch machine would be good
